Bath and body works uae - Bath & Body Hygiene Product Review Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to fifty (50) United States and Columbia district lawyers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Entrance Bath & Body Works Direct, Inc.
Associates International LLC, and their parents and affiliates, as well as surrounding families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and family members of each such employee,
are not eligible. Sweepstakes are inactive under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are prohibited where prohibited.
(New Jersey Notice: This sweepstake is not canceled in the state of New Jersey).
Participation constitutes a complete and unconditional agreement to enter into these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor and administrator,

How to enter: There are two (2) ways to enter :
(1) Complete an online product review: Visit bath and bodyworks and create an account. Accounts are free and all you need to do is provide your own email address and a password.
Find a product that you have purchased and follow the links and instructions to complete all required fields in the review form.
To make sure that the review meets the terms and conditions of the review guidelines, select "Yes" from the drop-down menu to select these sweepstakes and submit the review. After approval and publication of your review, you will automatically receive a (1) entry in the sweepstakes drawing.

(2) Enter without purchasing or reviewing: To enter without purchasing, enter your name, address, day and evening phone number,

Drawing of Prizes :
The Administrator is an independent adjudicating body that makes decisions about the operation and management of Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners.
The administrator will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries received during or around the campaign period on or before December 1, 2020.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must provide his / her name and mailing address, which must be dated by the administrator. Received within three (3) days of sending the notice.
If the potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required period, or the prize is returned as undeniable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
The award is received after complying with these official rules. Prizes are not transferable and will not be substituted except as provided here at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the scheduled prize is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to award one for a value equal to or greater.
The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees related to the receipt and/or use of the prize. The odds of winning an award depend on the number of entries received during the campaign period. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
The prize will be full within about 8-10 weeks of the completion of the sweepstakes.
Release :

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other cause interferes with the integrity or proper functioning of Sweepstakes,
determined at the Sponsor's own discretion.
In such national events, the sponsor, at its sole discretion, may select random drawings from among all eligible entrants for any award given here or until the closing date.
The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, appears to interfere in any way with the admission process or sweepstakes management, or in violation of official rules for this or any other promotion, or to preserve the right of an unexpected person to make ineligible or uninterrupted decisions.
Any attempt by any person to intentionally harm the legitimate operation of Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, if such an attempt should be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to receive the full amount of compensation permitted by such person. Failure of the sponsor will not waive this provision.
Limitations of Liability
The published parties are not responsible for :
